The restoration and additions to this 1973 single story, shingle style ranch created enhanced physical and visual access to the outdoors and to the water. New fenestration maximized water views from virtually every vantage point in the house. Although it is a full time residence, it has the summer cottage feel with a sunroom facing the water, decks, and patios. Hardwood floors are bleached and white washed. The project included additions, and a complete renovation with a new kitchen, 5 bathrooms, library, and a sewing studio.
