Greek Revival, Concord

Greek Revival, Concord

This 1850s Greek revival sits on a riverbank in the tree-lined suburbs of Concord. The restoration and renovation of the main floor opened the house to the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape by adding expansive windows and doors facing the pool and a gentle slope to the river. A new interior side entry, mudroom and pantry were added. Other main floor work included custom cabinetry and trim, radiant tile flooring, fireplace surround, new mechanicals, and an integrated audiovisual system.
