A simple farmhouse with striking amenities
This renovation and addition to a Concord Colonial took a modern approach to a simple New England shape. Inside, the renovation features playful use of volumes and levels as the interior kitchen and family rooms step down towards the landscape. Interior finishes are crisp and modern featuring polished concrete floors, built-in banquettes, and a professional level kitchen. The garage and master suite addition turns away from the main building to take advantage of the conservation land surrounding the house, and to de-emphasize the garage front.
